Return & Refund Policy

At Elite 2025, all products are made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to help process a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived, please notify us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a replacement if applicable.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or carrier issue, we can arrange to have the order reshipped. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
